FREE Shipping Promotions with orders $75.00 or more

  • Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only.
  • FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages



  • Beautymellow ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Domestic Shipping Fees: All items are shipped uninsured via USPS at a rate of $8.95 per shipment. All Continental U.S.orders over $75.00 total will be free to ship.

  • International Shipping Terms & Fees
  • The customer will be responsible for any customs duties, if applicable
  • Our Standard Shipping by USPS will deliver your package to your local post office, where your postal carrier will make the final delivery to your door or mailbox.
  • This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is still available through USPS and will indicate the estimated delivery date.
  • This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

: Customs fees may apply, depending upon your government. Beautymellow is not responsible for any customs fees incurred. If you do not accept our delivery, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are unsure of your country's customs fees, contact your local customs office prior to ordering. If your international order is over the shipping weight limit of 3 pounds, your shipping cost will be adjusted to reflect the weight.

  • BeautyMellow is not responsible for fraudulent international orders, theft, loss, and duty fee. These possibilities should be thoroughly researched prior to finalizing your online international order with us.
  • Restricted Items / HAZMAT
  • Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.
  • Restricted items include:
  • -Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
  • -Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.
  • We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we advise ground-only delivery, at our standard shipping rates, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.
  • We are able to ship DOT-restricted (hazmat) items to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US Territories or International shipments with a Hazmat. fee that will allow special care during the transportation of your order.

Please keep in mind that Hazmat fees are subject to change. For International shipping, there are some countries that do not allow Hazmat items to be shipped to the country at all and the entire order may be cancelled. If you do not wish to pay the fee you can cancel the entire order, remove the Hazmat item from your order or switch to standard shipping if your area of shipping allows this.


Return Policy

You can return items for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of receiving products and items are unused and in original packaging. Please email us  to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.

*Note: Returned products will be inspected by our Returns Department and if items are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with, a processing fee will be tacked on. This is to ensure the integrity of our company and the products that we carry.

Return Shipping

In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be covered for errant merchandise and damaged products.

Final Sale Products

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:

  • Nails: Nail Polish
  • Hair: Brushes
  • Skin: Any skin care products if they are open or used, Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories 
    *Tip: Be extra careful when selecting makeup colors

Beautymellow cultivates relationships with our brands and vendors, therefore we stand behind our products and assure you that they are authentic and we are obtaining them through a reliable source.

Product Pictures

Our merchandising team strives to update pictures with the most current packaging from our brands. However, if you received a product that looks slightly different than our site pictures, we are in the process of updating the product picture.

Fraud Policy

To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by Beautymellow. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any suspicious activity.

  • If you opt to purchase shipping insurance, damages or shortages that occur during shipping must be reported to the carrier within 5 days of receipt. Please include pictures of damage products.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise noted by Beautymellow for packaging or product errors.
  • Please allow approximately 3-5 business days from receipt of return product (including RMA) to process your return.
